TERMS & CONDITIONS

I. To proceed with the creation of the initial sketch, a 50% down payment is required. Once the sketch is completed and approved by the client, the remaining payment will be requested to proceed with the project or before delivering the final files.II. Kindly refrain from rushing the creative process.III. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the logo is strictly prohibited.IV. Significant revisions requested during the logo creation process may incur an additional cost; pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the changes.V. In the event of order cancellation after work has commenced, refunds will not be issued, and any completed work remains the property of the artist.VI. Upon sharing the logo on any social media platforms, inclusion in a portfolio, or integration into a GFX (thumbnail/icon) commission sheet, please provide proper credit to @SakGFX.VII. Please ensure that the logo is used in accordance with its intended purpose and that any alterations or modifications are approved by @SakGFX prior to implementation.VIII. Please inform me of any specific deadlines in advance. For orders requiring expedited delivery due to time constraints, additional charges may apply, depending on the urgency.IX. If you wish to obtain the files containing the logos and concepts created, an additional charge will apply.I do not accept intermediaries in servers to accept payments, payments are only made using Paypal or Robux.While crediting on the Roblox game page or in-game is not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated.
